It is a stunning and simply brilliant compact camera that’s easy to carry around and ensures maximum video quality. Our Canon G7X review covers the features of the camera, some of which include 1080p video at a very impressive rate of 60fps. The camera is great for professional work and the design means that it can even fit into your pocket, if need be, to record videos on the go. It features a 20MP lens with a BSI CMOS sensor. Adding to that, the 3-inch LCD touchscreen can tilt to capture images and videos from different angles and shows 1,040K dots.

Canon PowerShot G7X YouTube Performance Review

Canon PowerShot G7X YouTube Performance ReviewFeaturing all the right features for great video results, the camera will provide the quality that any YouTuber needs. It can record in MOV and MP4 formats with ease of connectivity, making it easy to control and keep a check on. Adding to that, the high-performance DIGIC 6 processor allows it to capture videos at a high frame rate and the option of 1080p 60fps video showcases the processor. Furthermore, the CMOS technology and functionality introduces an Anti-Shake feature that grants focused and quality recordings that look smooth even if the camera is moved/shaken.

Featuring an ISO range of 125-12800 and minimum focus distance of 5cm-40cm, the camera is great for focusing on small objects and shooting in low light as well. One drawback it introduces is not having a viewfinder, but the LCD touchscreen can be tilted to make recording easier.

A few drawbacks to mention is that the camera is compact, which makes mounting it on a tripod a little difficult, but one would get used to it in time. The battery life is also a bit short and the three-bar battery indicator goes down really fast, but that can be solved with the ECO mode.

The camera maintains amazing focus, captures great video quality of 1080p at an impressive frame rate of 60fps, allows Wi-Fi and NFC to make connectivity easier, and is compact, making it ideal for a lot of uses. Carrying it around is easy and the touchscreen can be tilted to capture videos from different angles. Adding to that, the video performance is incredible and the Canon PowerShot G7X can shoot brilliant videos even in low light.
